Prescription Renewals:
We ask that you discuss
with your health care provider all necessary prescription
refills at your regularly scheduled patient visits.
As
part of our continuing effort to improve quality of care for
our patients, patients on chronic (long-term) medications
will be advised to see their provider on a regular basis and
will
not be provided
prescription renewals over the telephone. Please speak
with your provider if you have any questions regarding this
process.
Appointment Policy:
We request that you make an
appointment in advance. We have appointments for same day
(urgent) visits available every day. Please call us as
early in the day as possible to schedule a same day
appointment.
Test Results:
The timeframe for
receipt of results from testing may vary.
You are encouraged to make
a follow up visit to receive your test results so that your
provider can clearly explain the meaning of the results and
answer any questions you may have.
Referrals:
When
calling to request a referral, please allow 72 hours for the
paperwork to be processed.
Late Arrival:
Your appointment time is reserved
especially for you. We recognize the value of your time as
well. Late arrivals interfere with the care of the other
patients on the schedule. In that case, your appointment
may be rescheduled.
Cancellations:
We
require 24 hour advanced notice of cancellations
