Requirements: Associate
degree required, BA degree preferred. Certification in EpicCare
Ambulatory’08
required. Minimum of two (2) years
experience in support of electronic medical record. Strong
organizational and interpersonal
skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others and work in
highly
fluid environments. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills appropriate for all levels of the
organization. Attention to detail and
the ability to work under deadline constraints; a team attitude and the
ability
to work in a rapidly changing and demanding environment.
Knowledge and understanding of the Community
Health Center/non-profit environment; experience working in ambulatory
clinical
settings a plus, but not required.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
required. Must be detail-orientated,
able to work with highly confidential information independently; flexibility and
some travel
required.
Responsibilities: Maintaining the electronic record and
training
staff on how to use it. Responsibilities
include, but not limited to, system maintenance, production
support and help
desk backup, implementation of new functionality, partnership with
other
organizations, system upgrades, and maintenance of lab interface.
Serve as liaise between end users,
administration, other Epic modules, and outside organizations.
EpicCare Analyst/
Trainer

Requirements: High
Diploma or equivalent
required. BA degree preferred. Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory 08
required. Minimum
of two (2) years experience in an ambulatory care setting, in a
leadership
position. Demonstrate
in-depth knowledge
of Epic/EpicCare software and is able to demonstrate an ability to work
with
each product individually and understand the connectivity between them. including the ability to lead and motivate
others and work in highly fluid environments. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
appropriate for all levels of the organization from executives to staff. Attention to detail and the ability to work
under deadline constraints. Knowledge
and understanding of the Community Health Center/non-profit environment
preferred. Excellent interpersonal and
organizational skills required
including the ability to lead and motivate others
and work in highly fluid environments. Must
be detail-oriented, able to work with highly
confidential information independently.
Responsibilities:
Design
Classroom Training Courses to teach the use
of the Electronic Health Record System.
Design Optimization Training Programs to evaluate existing
staff’s
knowledge and improve ongoing use of the HER.
Evaluate and test new releases of the system of the EHR and recommends
which new features to implement. Deliver
training in both a classroom and clinical environment, upgrade testing,
problem
solving and participation in other EHR related projects.
