Family Physician (Part-Time)
Phillips Family Practice        

Requirements:        Degree from an accredited Medical School.  Completion from an accredited Family Practice Residency Program.  Demonstrated two years experience in a clinical setting.  NYS Medical License, Board eligible or board certified in Family Practice.  Bilingual Spanish preferred. Demonstrate interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. 
 
Responsibilities:     Provide primary care to patients.  Will be responsible for the clinic care of his or her panel of patients, and administrative activities.
