Application Criteria & Process

We accept applications for 6 PGY1 positions through ERAS (the Electronic Residency Application Service). Once we have reviewed all applications, we will contact a select number of applicants who meet our criteria to schedule an interview.  Our interview season is from October through January.

The following materials are required in order to complete your application:
1.
ERAS application submitted through ERAS only.
2.
Medical school transcript
3.
Dean's letter
4.
Three letters of recommendation from medical school faculty (preferably from a primary care physician) or from US clinical experience.
5.
Personal Statement
6.
Photograph (optional)
7.
USMLE Step I and Step II scores OR COMLEX Part I and Part II scores.
8.
Clinical Skills Assessment scores (if applicable)
9.
We do not sponsor J1/H1 visas.
   
The following eligibility criteria also apply:
1.
Anticipated graduation from LCME accredited Medical School prior to start of residency OR provide documentation of ECFMG certification.
2.
At least one year of U.S. clinical experience encouraged.
